We offer a fun, non-contact football experience for boys and girls ages 5-17. Unmatched standards of safety, education and support. We believe flag football imparts great lessons and provides kids with skills that serve them well throughout their lives.
We cater to all skills or experience levels and give every boy and girl in our community a chance to play in an organized, non-contact football league wearing official gear of the NFL.

As the only Non Profit Flag Football organization in the area, we focus on our athletes and community. Our large staff of volunteers enables us to dedicate all of our proceeds to benefit our players and the sport we all love.
Most Comprehensive and well established rule book
Most robust game-play and game rules allowing our athletes and coaches to maximize the playbook without confusing the players, coaches and officiating team. We utilize the same rules as implemented in the NFL Flag National Championship. Standard rules across age groups, no restrictions on run plays. Simple, Clear and professional game rules.
Better Coaching Techniques Through Certification
All of our coaches go through background check and Coach Certification
Our coaching staff is trained to develop the skills of their players through USA Football’s Flag Coach Certification.
Our Coaches learn how to coach all five positions, gain understanding of important health and safety protocols, learn the rules and equipment and access 19 drills to help install basic techniques.
